I was in Prague last week for a short trip. As well as admiring all the beautiful architecture, it was great to see some contemporary art pieces dotted around the city. I don't know the name of the artist who did the illuminated penguins near Charles Bridge, but they were very impressive after sunset.

I'm in Munich for a few weeks doing some research. Yesterday I visited the Haus Der Kunst, one of the main modern art galleries with an interesting past. Four main shows on but I particularly enjoyed the Georg Baselitz and Victor Man exhibitions. Here is a little taste of both, Baselitz below left, Man below centre and right.
